Prior to becoming Fusion's president in 2006, he served as vice-president for Brooks Corning, Artek Group and Syncor Business Environments in Vancouver following a two-year spell as a project manager and facilities consultant for Smed International in Seattle. With broad ranging experience serving clients in the legal, financial, high-tech and government sectors, Nicholas has developed special expertise in envisioning and executing highly productive and adaptable business environments.
Sam is a well organized and resourceful Construction Supervisor and Director with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the Construction Industry. Sam earned his degree in Architectural Science from Ryerson and has continued to build on his education focusing on the fields of leadership, management and construction. Sam brings to Fusion his strong track record of sound judgment and the ability to interact productively with a wide range of personalities and cultures to build strong business relationships based on accountability and integrity.
Ernie brings over thirty years of experience focused on Interior Tenant Improvements within the Vancouver market as a Project/Construction Manager, Estimator and Site Supervisor. Ernie is well known in the local construction community as a knowledgeable Project Manager who handles all aspects of the project calmly, with an eye for detail, and with keeping all project team members in mind while delivering his projects on time and on budget.
Brian brings a wide range of construction expertise ranging from cost estimating to construction management. Brian began his career in architectural woodwork where he developed his skills under the best estimators in the millwork industry, eventually progressing to more challenging roles in construction estimating, project coordination and project management. Brian's strong communication, rapport with client and sub-trades, administrative and problem-solving skills are key elements in his role in construction management. His track record of successful projects is a testimony to his capabilities.
Over the past ten years, Jakica has developed special expertise in the design-build industry. Her particular strengths lie in bridging the gaps in the design to construction process, ensuring continuity and control throughout the job. Jakica is also skilled at developing an excellent rapport with sub-trades, design groups and City Hall that helps smooth the development process. As a project manager, she is well adapted in office and on site, ensuring the designer and client's expectations have been met at the end.
Marc's career in the construction industry began approximately 7 years ago as a carpenter working on residential and commercial renovation projects. He is well experienced with extensive knowledge of concrete forming, wood framing, building envelope and roof systems. He also has working knowledge of most finishes including drywall, tiling, hardwood floors and finish carpentry. Marc continues to develop his skills in estimating, contract administration, cost reporting, scheduling and human resource management. Marc is currently working towards completing his Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management.
Boyd has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. As Senior Site Superintendent, Boyd has worked on a variety of projects, ensuring that they are on track and on time. Boyd's ability to communicate with the trades and setting the expectations up front ensure a well run project.

Jeff brings to our team 16 years of practical experience within the construction industry. Originating in the residential sector, he ran a successful home building business and now concentrates his expertise on commercial interior construction. His strong communication skills and broad experience base provide an unwavering commitment to outstanding quality and service to the client. These exceptional standards help facilitate the transition to a successful completion and ensure client satisfaction.
Cheryl is an accountable, service-driven Administrative Professional who joins us with several years experience encompassing administrative services, client relations and organizational management. Her background and skills set range from a degree in Psychology to estimating training and architectural technology education.
Breanne Munro is a graduate with a Diploma in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Vancouver. She has been specializing in the engineering of custom millwork over the past 5 years. Other strengths involve — Programming, AutoCAD, 3D Computer Models/video, Hand Sketching and Graphic Design. Physically submersing herself in many of the trades over the years, she strives to amalgamate a blended combination of what it takes to creatively conceptualize/design to follow through with the actual process of fabrication.
