Matias brings a wide range of construction expertise varying from cost estimating to construction management and contract administration. Matias started his career in the property development sector working for multi-residential and casino developer/operators where he built up his expertise as an owner’s representative and project management skills as he took on tenant improvements renovations within the casino properties.

Matias continues to develop his skills in estimating, contract administration, cost reporting, scheduling and client management. Matias is currently working towards completing his Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management.
