Todd has extensive experience in commercial construction, with a background as a licensed commercial broker, property manager and owner of Humphries Construction Group. His experience overseeing all aspects of the tenant improvement process gives him a strong understanding of client priorities, from initial planning through project completion. Todd earned his LEED AP designation in 2009 and incorporates sustainable building principles into his design-build projects.
