Creating a lasting first impression begins the moment residents step through the front door. Fusion Projects completed the renovation of 2,000 square feet for Austeville Properties within a residential tower in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour neighbourhood, transforming the building’s main lobby, property management office, mail room, and elevator lobby into a refined, contemporary environment.

Designed to elevate both the resident experience and day-to-day operations, the project focused on delivering a cohesive space defined by premium materials, thoughtful detailing, and durable construction. Rich architectural millwork, custom feature elements, and natural stone tile sourced from India introduce warmth and sophistication while creating a timeless arrival experience that reflects the quality of the building itself.

One of the project’s greatest challenges was executing a complete renovation while the lobby remained fully operational for residents throughout construction. Careful planning, phased scheduling, and close coordination allowed the team to minimize disruption, maintain safe access, and keep building operations functioning without compromising construction quality or schedule.

Beyond the public-facing lobby, the adjacent property management office was reimagined to provide a more functional and professional workspace, while upgrades to the mail room and elevator lobby created a seamless visual experience across the building’s shared spaces. Every detail was carefully considered to improve both aesthetics and long-term performance while supporting the day-to-day needs of building staff and residents.
