Fusion undertook the challenge of transforming existing office space into a highly technical testing lab for CARO Analytical Services. We coordinated all aspects during the pre-construction phases and assisted CARO in planning and incorporating new lab equipment while maintaining a minimal footprint.

The project encompassed upgrading exterior mechanical equipment, enhancing structural integrity, installing specialized lab equipment and fume hoods and upgrades to electrical infrastructure.

Additionally, Fusion optimized warehouse operations by introducing a new mezzanine to expand workspace within the facility.

Through close collaboration with our engineering partners, we ensured seamless expansion while maintaining CARO Analytical Services' operations throughout the construction process.
