Heath Employers Association of BC (HEABC) engaged Fusion to provide full Project and Construction Management services on their new 40,000 sq ft offices at Renfrew Centre. The building was newly constructed which allowed a clean slate for the design and engineering team.

Through clear deliverables and close collaboration with our team, Fusion was able to amalgamate the unique design and requirements from the 5 divisions within the firm for a consistent design and capturing individual uniqueness. Our team ensured our clients specific needs were fully integrated into the design, engineering and execution of the overall project strategy. There was extensive electrical and cooling requirements, AV coordination and furniture design/procurement.

Being a public entity, Fusion approached this project as a full “Open Book” process which allowed the client transparency to all stakeholders. HEABC’s new home has allowed them to truly provide connection to their business services, client and foster collaboration among their team members.
