Fusion has successfully delivered office tenant improvement projects for Osler in the past, but as Osler was consolidating their two Vancouver offices to two floors in Downtown’s Bentall 4 building, Fusion was brought on as construction manager to oversee the buildout.

We worked closely with design partner SSDG to fulfill their design vision, and the two floors were subsequently transformed from warm shells to a 31,000 square foot high-end law firm.

Immediately upon entering you are greeted with a vast reception area outfitted with contemporary furnishings. Adjacent to the reception area is Osler’s primary board room, fitted with an automated glass call capable of opening up the entire space for large townhall meetings and receptions.

The staff break room and kitchen area is complete with a full kitchen and bar, booths for congregating, and of course, a ping pong table!

Beyond the library and numerous meeting areas, the perimeter of the space is outlined with private offices built to ensure full sound-proofing.

Along with SSDG we are proud to present this brand new work environment for Osler. This space is truly the pinnacle of form and function in today’s commercial landscape.
